Shipping & returns
We are proud of the items we carry at Kid Dynamo and stand by them. Here are our store policies:
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
- We accept returns for items in the event they have any manufacturing flaws or defects.
- We are happy to exchange clothing items for a different size.
- Any item may be exchanged for another of equal value, or for store credit toward a future purchase.
- Exchanges must be unused and in their original packaging.
- We do not offer refunds, but are happy to issue store credit if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
- We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items. All sale item purchases are final.
- Unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING / EXCHANGING AN ITEM
- Our return label service is free of charge!
- Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- We'll need to know:
- the item(s) you are returning
- the item(s) you would like in exchange, including size(s)
- your current shipping address
- your daytime phone number
- Via UPS, we will e-mail you instructions to print a return label and return the package.
- Note: We cannot guarantee full store credit for returns delivered to us without the provided UPS return label. Returned items must be received within 2 weeks of delivery date.
- When we receive your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will ship your exchange at no extra charge to you.
- Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 days of our receipt of the customer's returned package.
- In the event that you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, we will issue you a credit for the difference in the form of a coupon code.
- In the event that you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, please include a daytime phone number. We will need to contact you to securely obtain your credit card number. (We accept Visa or Mastercard.) We will hold items for you for 3 days while we attempt to contact you for this info.
